The apartment is perfectly equipped: fast WiFi, television, fully equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioning, excellent soundproofing, secured building with 24/7 concierge. Ideally located apartment in a seafront residence, right in the heart of the Carré d'Or. The welcome is worthy of a 5-star hotel: impeccable cleanliness, perfectly prepared accommodation. David, the host, is always available and very friendly. I only stayed one day but will return with pleasure. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this apartment! Situated in the centre of Cannes, couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything was very clean & everything you need is provided. We visited for my mum's 60th birthday which our host David was aware of. To welcome us he greeted us with champagne, chocolates, flowers & a card! So thoughtful! THANK YOU DAVID! We will definitely be back!

David was very accommodating and helped provide clear communication before and during the stay. This location is privileged in the city centre and very quiet at night. I would stay again and plan to do so on future visits to Cannes.
I recommend staying here if you wish to stay in Cannes and explore the area. This place is safe and the sunlight in the room was abundant. With the blind, you can enjoy darkness even during the day. Superb room!

I loved my stay! Superb location, just one minute's walk from the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. Very little noise despite the proximity. Well-designed apartment, much larger than the norm in Cannes. David was extremely helpful throughout. I would recommend it to a solo traveller or a couple.
David was an excellent communicator and helped us change dates without any problem. The place is right across from the beach and a few minutes' walk from Rue d'Antibes. The train station is also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is small but clean.

My stay, though very brief, was so enjoyable I wished I could have extended it. The apartment is spacious, rivalling luxury hotels. The autonomous welcome via the receptionist was very practical. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, luxury and attention to detail.
